Terms of service
The agreement between you and Pendovo. We have kept it readable so you know exactly where you stand before you build your studio on us.
Last updated 22 June 2026. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you are using Pendovo on behalf of a studio, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think something is amiss.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the limited permission we need to host, process and deliver that content so the platform can do its job. We never claim your work as our own.
Acceptable use
Use Pendovo lawfully and respectfully. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, and do not use the platform to harm others or undermine its security.
Plans and payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Sales commission applies according to your plan and is shown clearly on the pricing page. You can change or cancel your plan from your account at any time.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and we will always aim to be fair and to give notice where we can.
