Data processing agreement

When you deliver client work through Pendovo, you are the controller and we are your processor. This agreement sets out how we handle that responsibility.

Last updated 22 June 2026. This agreement forms part of our terms of service and applies whenever Pendovo processes personal data on your behalf.

Roles

The studio is the data controller and decides why and how client data is processed. Pendovo is the processor and acts only on the studio's documented instructions.

Our commitments

  • We process personal data only to provide the service you have asked for.
  • We keep appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place.
  • We make sure anyone handling the data is bound by confidentiality.
  • We help you respond to requests from the people whose data you hold.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of trusted subprocessors to run the platform. You can see the current list on our subprocessors page, and we will tell you before we make a meaningful change.

Data on exit

When you leave, we return or delete the personal data we hold for you in line with your instructions and our legal duties.
