Privacy policy

How we look after the personal data of studios and the clients they serve. We keep this in plain language because privacy matters and so does being understood.

Last updated 22 June 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have. It applies to the Pendovo website and platform.

Who we are

Pendovo provides a client experience platform for photographers, videographers, drone operators and creative studios. When a studio uses Pendovo to deliver work to its clients, the studio is the data controller for that client data and Pendovo acts as a processor on its behalf.

What we collect

  • Account details such as your name, email address and studio name.
  • Content you upload, including photographs and films.
  • Usage information that helps us keep the service reliable.
  • Payment information, handled by our payment provider.

How we use it

We use your data to run the platform, deliver galleries, process sales and keep everything secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use client photographs to train models without explicit permission.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data and you can object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at privacy@pendovo.com and we will respond promptly.
